• Bookings for consultations and tailoring services can be made via our online booking system.
• To complete the booking process, you must provide personal data such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store any payment information.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail after successful booking and payment.

• Cancellations: You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Should Gavel need to cancel an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the opportunity to make an alternative appointment or receive a full refund.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance. The exact amount of the deposit will be stated at the time of booking and deducted from the total cost of the service.
• Refunds: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, all payments made, less the deposit (if applicable), will be refunded in full. If Gavel cancels the appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to re-book at no additional cost.

• Price information: Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. We endeavor to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If there is a discrepancy between the price quoted on the website and the actual price, we will inform you before your payment is processed.
• Payment methods: Payments for services are processed securely via third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. We do not store any payment information. After successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Additional charges: Any additional charges for materials or special requests will be notified to you prior to final confirmation of your booking. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges along with the basic service charge.

• All content on the Gavel website, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of Gavel and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
