If Gavel needs to cancel an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
• Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. The exact amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and is deducted from the total service cost.
• Refunds: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, any payments made, excluding the deposit (if applicable), will be fully refunded. In cases where Gavel cancels the appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Pricing Information: The prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If there is a discrepancy between the price listed on the website and the actual price, we will notify you before processing your payment.
